Our staff is ready to discuss your opportunities in choosing, changing or confirming your career path.

Most students face the challenge of having to choose a career. With that challenge comes a number of uncertainties.

  • How much money will you make?
  • Should you pursue a two-year AA Degree or should you transfer to a four-year university?
  • What does your chosen industry consist of?
  • Will special skills be needed?
  • What classes should you take while you are at LACC?

At the Career Center we offer various services and resources to assist you in your career choices. Some of these include:

  • Career assessment
  • Career-planning software
  • Walk-in and by-appointment counseling
  • Workshops

The Career Center works closely with other services on campus, such as the Transfer Center and Academic Counseling Department, to better help you plan your career strategy and successfully reach your goals.

About the Center
