Application Process

EOPS will automatically send a link to the EOPS application web form to students who are eligible for the California College Promise Grant Fee Waiver (formerly the BOG Fee Waiver).
Application invitation email letters are sent in batches through the 8^th week of the term

Application processing usually takes 1-2 business days. During the beginning of each term, processing can take up to 7 business days, so please plan accordingly.

Incomplete Applications:

Applications that are missing the required documents (transcripts, OSS verification, proof of eligibility for the Promise Grant Fee Waiver, etc.) are considered incomplete. The noted processing time does not apply to incomplete applications.
It is the responsibility of the student to check and submit the documents that are needed to complete the application.

If your application is approved, you will need to attend a mandatory EOPS orientation.
The orientation will cover your responsibilities in order to remain eligible for services.
After orientation, allow up two (2) business days to be eligible for an active EOPS book voucher.
