Using Kentico

Updating Documents

If you have a new version of a document that you have already uploaded to Kentico, you can easily replace it using the Update button.

The "Tree" menu appears in the left-hand window of the Pages Application.

Step 1

Figure 1 - Select your department's Documents folder.

Then click on the blue + icon to open the folder.

Figure 1 - Select the name of the document that you would like to update.

Figure 2 - Be sure that the new file has the exact same file name as what is displayed in the Name field.

Figure 3 - Click the Update button, and select the new version of your file from your computer.

Figure 1 - Click Save to save your changes. The new version of your file is now live.
