Programming Languages

This course sequence provide students with comprehensive training in high-demand programming languages and tools such as Visual Basic, C++, Java, Perl, XML, ASP, and others. Student can choose electives from five exciting tracks: Databases, Web Development, Multimedia, Operating Systems, and Advanced Programming. Successful completion of the program will prepare students for an exciting career in software analysis, design, and development.

	CO SCI 103 or (CO SCI 101 and 108)
	CO SCI 104 - Math for Programmers
	CO SCI 107 - Programming Logic
	CO SCI 134 - Operating Systems
	CO SCI 136 - Data Structures
	CO SCI 138 - Advanced Visual Basic
	CO SCI 140 - Programming in C++
	CO SCI 141 - Programming in Java
	CO SCI 186 - Introduction to Databases
	CO SCI Electives

Acceptable Electives:

	Databases Tack: 3 courses - CO SCI 187, 188, and 189
	Web Development: 3 courses from 144, 155, 156, 158, 159, & 161
	Multimedia Track: 3 courses from CO SCI 151, 152, 153, and 154
	Operating Systems Track: 3 courses - CO SCI 167, 168, and 169
