Please
note that there is a History 11 class being offered this Fall between 8:00am
and 9:15am on Mondays and Wednesdays. The section number is 0654. The class
will be taught by Professor Mattie Moon in Jefferson Hall 102.

class was left out of the Fall 2000 Schedule of Classes. You can still
add the class.

Welcome to News Report #
5. Professor Moon's Web Site is now available for viewing! The site launched
on the evening of Monday, October 18, 1999. The site is still being updated
with links, class materials and more! Click here to see the site. Also
available this week is the Spring 2000 Schedule of Classes! Click here
to view the entire schedule. We will be adding information on History,
Sociology, Economics and Political Science courses in the near future.

Welcome to News Report #3.
Today's updates include: An updated Department Members Page; we have added
a new picture from our Department Chair, Mattie Moon, and information about
two of our department members, Dr. James Robinson and Professor Porter
Ewing. Our Scholarships and Honor Society pages are currently being remodeled
to provide you with as much recent information about each page as possible.
You can access the Scholarships page to see the recently added 'Spring'
99 Scholarship Winners' list. Our Los Angeles City College Page has also
been updated. Want some FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION? Stop by our Student
Zone and check out 2 new added links under the Financial Aid area. The
campus recently added a new campus map to its home page and can be accessed

WELCOME to the all new Social
Science Department Web Site. The Department's site debuted for the first
time this past January. The page is back with a new look that is more resourceful,
user friendly and interactive.
The new site has been launched
on Monday, August 23, 1999. Changes are still being made, links are being
tested, graphics are being generated and spell checks are being made to
make this page the best that it can be.
