HIP-HOP DANCE

Prepare to learn basic dance moves in this basic class. Prepare to do high intensity warm-up followed by techniques and dance choreography in the beginning/intermediate class. No street shoes allowed, tennis shoes only.  No class October 13 & November 29.

BALLROOM DANCE

Bring romance into your life and learn to dance. Ballroom dancing is fun for all ages. Learn the latest styles and techniques of modern ballroom and Latin dancing and meet new friends at the same time. You'll have lots of fun learning such dances as the fox trot, waltz, tango, swing/jive, cha-cha and more. We'll even add disco! Your feet will feel and look more intelligent and you'll be glad you came. You'll never have to refuse being asked to dance again, and you'll say "yes" with a smile. Singles and couples welcome. No class November 29.

COUNTRY LINE DANCING

An introduction to traditional line dancing – learn the Tush Push, the Two-step, the Glide and even Achy Breaky. this is a wonderful dance/exercise program for all ages. Meet new friends while discovering the fun, easy way to line dance. No dance experience necessary. No class November 30.

DANCE!  DANCE!  DANCE!

This class offers a variety of dance forms and includes basic body movement/coordination to help you get over that clumsy feeling and introduce you to a world of fun. The class will focus on current dances from nightclubs, discos and other social situations and will include both couples & singles, style dances and routines. Class covers Cha-Cha and Night club two-step. You do not have to have a partner to join this class.  No class November 30.

SALSA AND LATIN DANCES

Let us take you to the rhythmic and tropical dances of South America and introduce you to the styles and techniques of the salsa, cumbia, merengue, mambo, cha-cha, etc. You will feel that you are part of the jovial spirit of the Latinos, who savor the love of their music. You do not have to bring a partner to attend this workshop.  No class Nov, 29 & 30.
