The Committee of Department Chairs The Committee of Department chairs meets to consider
and make recommendations to the Senate on all matters relating to the functioning
of academic departments. The membership of the Committee of Department
Chairs (CDC) includes the elected chairs of all academic departments. The
committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month during the Fall and Spring
Semesters, from 1:15 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Faculty and Staff Center.
In addition, the Chairs Caucus meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month
from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Faculty and Staff Center to discuss
issues relevant to department function. Current Executive Committee members
