The Professional Ethics Committee
The Professional Ethics Committee meets as needed
during Fall and Spring Semester of the regular academic year to make policy
recommendations to the General Session in relation to all matters of professional
conduct of all LACC faculty, to consider cases of faculty misconduct and
violations of academic freedom, and to address any issues related to faculty
and student relationships as they arise. The committee is composed of up
to six faculty members appointed by the Academic Senate. Current committee
