She wants to update the technology plan from IT department. Juan Mendoza has updated the IT department in plan builder. The= re is an inventory of the computer labs. <o:p> </o:p> <![if !supportLists]>= 2. </spa= n><![endif]>Inventory of technology Discussion <o:p> </o:p> We would like an inventory= of everything; there is a need for a program review to have on a database. Anna said that there are inventory reports but information is in SAP but it is not being accessed. There is a vacuum right now since we can not access the information. There is no one w= ho can use the SAP database; it is difficult to get the information. Each department should have the information if they are audited for vitea money.= <o:p> </o:p> IT wants to recommend a subcommittee that someone take a plan the development = of a dynamic web based inventory syste= m. This should be kept and managed by a committee of SGC.<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> The IT plan to link direct= ly to the technology plan. Check it in technology review and your plan; we need to know what is currently there before new purchases. This would align the techn= ology acquisitions with educational master plan and budget, giving the appropriate utilization of resources. </div> </body> </html>
