Purpose
To honor those who
have served in the Los Angeles Community College District 10, 15, 20,
25, 30, 35 years or more!
Who
Qualifies
If you have worked
in the LACCD for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, or 35 years as a regular (fulltime)
faculty (certificated staff) or a classified staff.
Employee Recognition
Program event is either in Fall or Spring semester. You are invited if
your employment as a fulltime employee in the District has been 10, 15,
20, 25, 30, or 35 year by June 30 of the academic year.
For example, if you
started working fulltime between 7/1/96-6/30/97, you will be included in
this academic year's event (Spring 2008). However, if you began working
between 7/1/1997-6/30/1998, you will
recognized in Fall 2008 or Spring 2009.
The Goods
Everyone receives a framed certificate of
appreciation signed by the President and the VP of Academic Affairs, and
a special gift by seniority.
