This year's mandatory flex day lunch is being catered by Corner Bakery Cafe.

Purchase lunch tickets ahead at Staff & Organizational Development or Teaching Learning Center (Learning Resource Center, old library) for $7. Cash only please. Based on past ticket sales, 150 lunch boxes were ordered. First come, first served!

Over 30% of the lunch cost is being supplemented by the President's office and Staff & Organizational Development. The lunch boxes will be distributed at the Quad.

$7 lunch includes:

1) a Bottled Water; 2) a Bag of Chips; 3) Seasonal Fruit; 4) a Fresh Baked Sweet;

and

5) a Gourmet Sandwich (7 choices, including 1 vegetarian!):

Turkey Frisco on Asiago Cheese Bread

Smoked turkey breast, marinated artichokes, roasted sweet balsamic onions, fresh spinach, provolone cheese, and sun-dried tomato pesto mayo

Chicken Pesto on Ciabatta Ficelle

Tender sliced chicken, fresh arugula, and plum tomatoes with our sweet and spicy house vinaigrette and pesto mayo

 Turkey Swiss on Sesame Baguette

A delicious combination of hickory smoked turkey breast, Swiss cheese, leaf lettuce, tomatoes, and mustard-mayo

 Poblano Fresco Roast Beef

Roasted red peppers, avocado, white cheddar cheese, crisp jicama slaw, lettuce, and spicy chipotle lime mayo

 Bavarian Smoked Ham

Shaved red onions, plum tomatoes, caraway Havarti cheese, and stoneground mustard-mayo

 D.C. Chicken Salad on Steakhouse Rye

Our famous chicken salad is made with roasted chicken, crisp green apples, currants, red onions, celery, mayonnaise, and toasted almonds with lettuce and tomatoes
