1.
Donuts and coffee, compliments of Harry's Campus Catering Truck, will be
available at the quad tent.
2.
Find your DEPARTMENT sign in sheet. If you are a regular/fulltime
faculty member, just sign next to your name and employee ID number. If
you are an adjunct/parttime faculty member, please write your last and
first names, your employee ID number, then sign.
REMINDER:
You need to sign in 3 times to get full 6.5 hours of flex credit. First
when you register between 8:00am-8:45am in the Quad. Secondly, in your
breakout session. Lastly, in your department meeting.
3. Please pay your Academic Senate dues
of $30 (cash or check).
All regular/full-time faculty are expected to pay. Adjuncts are
certainly welcomed and encouraged to pay and do have 3 elected
representatives to the Senate. Senate dues pay for all Senate
hospitality events, and for all awards given by the Senate as well as
awards given each year to retiring faculty.
4. Purchase your lunch ticket
for $7. First come, first served.
