Improve communication with academic disciplines by educating them
on technology, listening to their concerns, and hearing their technology
needs.
2. Increase the coverage of wireless access on campus in order to
make network resources more accessible from anywhere on campus.
3. Increase client satisfaction with IT services, including repairs,
installations, and configurations.
4. Support technology trainings for faculty, staff, and students
by setting up and maintaining our labs’ hardware and software
