Institutional Research Advisory Council

Purpose: The IR Advisory Council is charged with oversight of the ‘key performance indicators,’ the element of the college strategic plan that allows the college to gauge its success in addressing each of the eight institutional priorities. The IR Advisory Council contributes to setting the Research Agenda for the college. The Council advises the Dean for Planning and Research on some of the central information support questions:

What are the key decisions that need research support?When do these decisions need to be made?What information is needed to make the decisions?
What are the sources for this information?

The IR Advisory Council thus plays an important role in keeping the college on track toward realizing its institutional vision.
