Print out & Complete the attached form and WIN a prize!

If you Count all the Diamonds correctly, you WIN the following:

 

Prize: Palermo’s Dinner for 2 & 2 Dodger Vouchers for 2009/2010 game

 

Return the form to me in the Rideshare Office by: Oct. 8^th @ 10:00 a.m.

Please fold the form in half so no one sees your count of diamonds!
