Don’t be a Starving Student
Attend LACC’s Scholarship Workshop

Discover how to get more money for college when the Financial Aid Office at Los Angeles City College hosts a Scholarship Workshop at 1 p.m. on Tuesday March 17, 2009 in Orientation Room 106 of the college, 855 N. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles.

            Participants will learn how to do searches for scholarships, become familiar with the application process at City College, write a winning personal statement, gain an understanding of scholarship packages and obtain letters of recommendation.
