Saving Articles to a Diskette

screen capture illustrating the eft-hand navigation bar and red arrow pointing to the 'print' button Before saving, you should reformat the article to remove the blue navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen and other unnecessary spaces and images. You will accomplish that by using the Print button image of the print button (the same way as if you were reformatting the article for printing).

illustrating the 'save as' option selected Then use the browser's file menu (look in the top left corner of the window) to save the article.

illustrating the file format choices at the 'save as' task The most convenient file type to save the article is Text File, because you will save lots of space on your disk. The Web Page format will take much more of your disk storage space, but you will preserve all the images, colors and text layouts.
