Using the new Registration System

Introducing the new PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS)

Starting with the Fall 2017 Semester, the Los Angeles Community College District's (LACCD's) improved SIS Registration System will have many new features to help you locate and enroll in the classes you want.  Below you will find a selection of web tutorials outlining all the new services and how to use them.

The Welcome Center is a one-stop location where students can find information about academic programs, access computers to apply to Los Angeles City College and complete the necessary steps to enrollment as a student. Current and prospective students receive assistance with a variety of services such as: 

  • Application for admission to the college
  • Online Orientation
  • Register for Classes
  • Student Services & Programs
  • FAFSA Completion
  • Concurrent Enrollment (for High School Students)
  • Identify Registration Holds 
  • Take Student Photo ID (cub card)
  • Navigate the Student Portal
  • Pay Tuition Fees
  • General questions about the college and how to find employment opportunities for students who wish to work on campus.
