Welcome to the English Literacy Program & Citizenship Center at Los Angeles City College. At our center we will assist you with the citizenship application, make copies of all necessary documents to attach to the application, take your pictures, and complete the package to mail to US CIS. Best of all, these services are at no cost to you.

DID YOU KNOW?
The ELP/Citizenship Center has been offering services since 1992. Previously called the Amnesty Program, the Center now serves all applicants interested in citizenship preparation and naturalization.

US CIS FEES  
        The fee for filing your naturalization application is: $330
                  The fee for having your fingerprints taken is:   $70
