If you meet the requirements, please do the following: 

1.   Click for your Preliminary Application.

2.  If applicable, obtain a letter certifying financial responsibility, for you, from the person sponsoring you while you are studying in the United States.  

3.  Obtain a copy of your TOEFL examination report.  

4.  Obtain a copy of your High School diploma or qualifying examination certificate.

5.  If you are currently in the United States on an F-1 visa, and wish to transfer to LACC, please click Foreign Students in the US wishing to transfer to LACC
