New Campus Check-In Process

LACC is changing the way everybody will access the college due to changing conditions and response to the pandemic. This new self-reporting check-in process will be implemented districtwide. 

All faculty, staff, students, and visitors must complete the online questionnaire prior to accessing campus each day through the LACC SAFE app or the appropriate form per college/facility that is found online. You must complete the form each time you visit an LACCD campus.

Please remember to inform your immediate supervisor or dean when coming to campus, if not regularly scheduled to be on campus.  

The previous required method of having a fully staffed single checkpoint entry staffed by LASD personnel is not required.

Accessing the Self Check Survey from the LACC Website

If you wish to access the required COVID-19 Symptom Self Check Survey through the college website, follow these steps:

  • Visit the LACC home page and click on the COVID-19 Symptom Self Check link.
  • You will then be directed to the Campus Check-In Questionnaire for Employees, Students, and Visitors page. Click on the name of the location you will be visiting, for example: "LACC Campus".
  • Once the survey is complete, you can check the "Send me an email receipt of my responses" to receive a receipt that reads "Allow Entry to Campus." Then press submit to complete the process. You must complete the form each time you visit an LACCD campus.
