Open Classes for Summer 2022
The summer schedule of classes is now in the student portal at mycollege.laccd.edu. Registration has begun for summer classes. Please remind your students. Registration for Fall 2022 starts in two weeks on Monday, May 2. The Fall 2022 class schedule is now up in the student portal at mycollege.laccd.edu.

Earth Day at LACC
We are having a big event on campus for Earth Day this Friday, April 22 from 10:00am until 2:00pm. This has been planned jointly by the sciences and arts departments and is sponsored by the Race Equity & Social Justice Center. Our partner in our Community Garden, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles will be joining us. Ron Finley, LA’s renowned urban gardener, will be our keynote speaker. I hope you can come out to view our lovely garden and celebrate with us.

52nd Anniversary Celebration Earth Day: Sustainability, Climate Change and Our Environment

Join speaker Ron Finley, enjoy cooking demonstrations by our Dietetics students, tour the City’s Garden and hear from Children’s Hospital Los Angeles representatives about our garden.
Vaccinations, Boosters, and Masking Indoors
The Board Policies are still in effect requiring vaccinations, including boosters, and masking indoors. Be sure you stay masked indoors and the daily check-in is still required. We will continue to offer COVID-19 testing for now on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm in the Student Union, first floor.
Spring 2022 Graduation
