News and Events for the week of December 13

Good Monday Morning,

Our last week! This week begins finals week and next week we will be enjoying our well-deserved winter break. I encourage everyone to take vacation and enjoy spending time with family and friends. This will be my last weekly communication for 2021.

COVID-19 Update

We are receiving a slight increase in COVID cases throughout the District, but no outbreaks have been reported. Per the California Department of Public Health, a COVID outbreak in a college setting includes at least three probable or confirmed COVID-19 cases within a 14-day period in people who are linked in the setting, are from different households, and are not identified as close contacts of each other in any other case investigation.

Faculty & Staff TB Risk Assessment

Please remember to fill out your TB Risk Assessment form and email it to I received notification last week from the District that I do not need a TB test, after I completed and sent my TB Risk Assessment form a couple of weeks ago. Be sure to submit your form this week.
