News and Events for the week of November 1

Good Monday Morning,

Time is flying by and it is already November. I hope everyone had an enjoyable Halloween. This Sunday please remember to set your clocks back by one hour.

District Policies on Vaccinations and Testing

Please also check your emails for updates on District policies on vaccinations and testing. At this time, all employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved religious or medical exception, and if you come to campus, you are required to have a completed baseline COVID test and be registered into the Cleared4 system. Everyone must continue to wear a mask indoors (unless you are alone in your office) regardless of vaccination status.

This Thursday, November 4, we will begin our formal check-in process for all employees who come to campus.

All employees will need their Cleared4 pass for check-in. We are likely to experience challenges the first couple of days because we have never done this before. We will be making adjustments as we go. There will be two entrances that you will check in through each day – one between the Student Services Building and Holmes Hall and the other between the Sci/Tech Building and Franklin Hall. Additionally, we will check-in students beginning on November 4, they can pass through, but we will offer for them to go to the temporary Welcome Center in the Student Union Cafeteria area if they want to sign up for Cleared4. Effective Monday, November 22, if the student is not cleared through Cleared4 , they will not be allowed to enter campus. We have put signs up throughout campus with this information, but please also let your students know.
