News and Events for the week of November 15

Good Monday Evening,

I hope everyone had a restful day off last week. Some of you may have enjoyed an extra-long weekend by taking Friday as a vacation day. A beautiful warm weekend!

Employee Day of Gratitude

On Wednesday, we have our Employee Day of Gratitude from 12noon to 2pm. The Foundation sponsored Pink’s Hot Dogs for us. You needed to RSVP to the link Shaena sent out his morning to attend. See you there.

Check-In Process for All Employees

We continue with our formal check-in process for all employees who come to campus. Employees need their Cleared4 pass for check-in. There are two entrances that you can check in through each day – one between the Student Services Building and Holmes Hall and the other between the Sci/Tech Building and Franklin Hall. Effective next Monday, November 22, if the student is not cleared through Cleared4, they will not be allowed to enter campus. We have placed signs throughout campus with this information. Please also let your students know.

TB Risk Assessment

Many of you received an email from the District that you need to be cleared regarding TB. The District has sent out forms and instructions to those that need to take a TB Risk Assessment. The assessment can be done completely online. The District is also providing options for those who cannot fill out the assessment online. Employees can come to campus on Monday, November 29 and obtain a hard copy form from the Student Union Coffee Shop and fill it out, get additional testing through onsite mobile units if needed, and submit it for approval.  Mobile units will be available next Monday from 7am to 2pm.
