The Facilities Management department provides essential services in the most efficient and economical manner, and a safe, clean and attractive campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

In order to provide exceptional service, Facilities and Operations have provided an additional speedy Custodial Response Hotline:
Monday Thru Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, ext. 2440.

The “Hotline” services line was created to provide a support service to our LACC everyday, on-the-spot occurrences such as spills, broken glass, restroom emergency response, insects, broken dispensers, locks/doors, and services that may have not been commonly rendered (i.e. trash being emptied, restrooms not serviced).

This support service can also be provided before and after event functions (i.e. parties, lunch meetings, and parking lot LACCD business “items for pick up” during the above specified times).

All other request concerning detailed cleaning, floor polishing, and other detailed concentrated Custodial / Trades assistance are to be directed to our CMMS online Work Service Order systems. All regular custodial scheduled services will continue according to campus operations.
