Cranium Cafe Live Chat

Live Chat is a feature that enables students to communicate instantly with Student Services representatives. When you find a Cranium Café card on the LACC website or within the Student Services Directory, you can chat instantly with that representative by selecting “LIVE CHAT” or “KNOCK ON DOOR”.

If the individual you wish to engage with has their green light on and a “LIVE CHAT” or “KNOCK ON DOOR” button available, click on that button to begin chatting.

A green light means the staff member is free to instantly chat with you.

A yellow light means the staff member is away and may not be able to chat with you at the moment.

A red light means the staff member is offline and not available to chat.

Student Services representatives may be available for scheduled appointments or are waiting in a lobby to work with students so check the different options.

Most of our Student Services programs are available to students on Cranium Café at the following times:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30AM - 4:30PM
Fridays: 9:00AM - 12:00PM.

Please review the Student Support Directory and locate the department you are seeking services from. Each office will provide a description on how to connect with them and additional information.

If you are unable to still receive help on Cranium Café, email the office directly indicated in their description or visit their LACC website for the most updated information.
