ADMISSIONS & RECORDS
Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) offers a district-wide transcript for all nine (9) colleges (East, City, Harbor, Mission, Pierce, Southwest, Trade, Valley and West). An official transcript includes a record of all credit and non-credit courses you completed within LACCD from 1974 to present, including earned grades, certificates, degrees and academic honors.
Before ordering an official transcript, we recommend that you view your grades to ensure the accurcy of the information on your transcript.
Please note: Transcript request processing time is 10 business days.
Incoming transcripts sent from other schools to LA City College should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Electronic transcripts are preferred. College transcripts must be sent from college to college to be considered official. High school transcripts can be submitted by the student. If a transcript is to be mailed, please send to LACC Admissions and Records, 855 N. Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90029.
Request a Transcript Online (Preferred Method)
To request a transcript online, you must pay the transcript fee using a credit or debit card. As of December 1, 2020, LACCD will use Parchment transcript ordering service. The Parchment transcript ordering service charges a $2.75 convenience fee to process an online order. Transcript processing time is 10 business days.
