About Our Management Programs
In the Management discipline, we offer three degree programs of study: the Associate of Arts Degree in Management, Retail Management, and Small Business Management. We also offer certificate programs in the same areas. All paths are designed to give the student an extensive background in the principles and practices of the business world. The degree programs offer a more comprehensive curriculum than the certificate program and allow the student to transfer to a four-year university as a Junior.

MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Our management programs are designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in supervision/management and to prepare those already employed as leads, first line supervisors and middle managers for higher-level positions.
SUPERVISION PROGRAM
Although we currently do not have a degree or certificate program in the Supervision discipline, both courses are part of the required curriculum many of our Management degree and certificate programs. All paths are designed to give the student an extensive background in the principles and practices of the business world. The degree programs offer a more comprehensive curriculum than the certificate program and allow the student to transfer to a four-year university as a Junior.
