The Math program offers Scholarships for exceptional successful students to study in LACC. Each spring semester the Department awards several merit-based scholarships to students taking transfer-level courses.
The Pi-Shop tutoring center helps students learn how to succeed in mathematics and provides them tutoring at all levels of mathematics.
LACC is partnering with its feeder high schools and the California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) to implement the STEM Pathways Program. The program will develop a robust STEM pipeline and transfer culture to the STEM-based majors at four-year universities and colleges.
