Enrolled students can obtain Health and Wellness services at the On-Campus Clinic (Student Services Building) or at the Wesley Health Center, which is located across the street from the campus on Vermont Avenue.

New Patients
- Complete the Patient Registration and Consent Form prior to appointment
- Call (866) 733-5924 to schedule an appointment
- Bring the completed form with you on your designated appointment and submit to medical staff at the triage station outside the clinic.
NOTE:
If a patient screens positive for any of the COVID symptoms the patient will be isolated.
All patients are encouraged to come to the clinic alone at this time due to social distancing guidelines, unless the patient is a minor needing a parent present.
