Located on the campus of LA City College, we are in the center of Hollywood. We offer small teacher to student ratios that allow for intimate intensive English Language instruction and a variety of programs tailored to your needs.

Improve your English skills! LACC's Language Academy can assist you in achieving your goals.
LACC's Language Academy offers Three Levels:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advanced
- *The University Classroom (Offered Summer and Winter)
Each Level consists of 2 modules per level. See our IEP Schedule.
LACC offers two 6-week sessions during Fall and Spring, and an 8-week Summer Intensive. English classes follow the LA City College campus schedule and focus on listening, pronunciation, reading, and writing. Students completing the language program will demonstrate the ability to:
- Understand written and spoken college level academic materials
- Establish effective note taking skills
- Write academic papers that meet college standards
- Develop critical thinking skills
Affordable
LACC's Language Academy is affordable. Learn or improve your English for only $12 a day or $240 a week. Each language module costs $1,500 to complete or pay in advance and take two modules for $2,850.
